Countdown to the All-Employee Expo: 41 days, 20 hours, 16 minutes, 00 seconds remaining.

The All-Employee Expo is our biennial celebration exclusively for University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign employees. This year’s Expo will take place at the State Farm Center on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Expo is a day for employees to connect with university departments, explore services and resources, meet with trusted vendors, and spend time with colleagues across campus. It is a showcase of the value of being part of Illinois and an opportunity to enjoy a time together outside the office.

New for 2025, the Expo will feature:

    • Guided tours of the State Farm Center
    • Professional portraits station
    • On-site blood donation and flu shot clinic
    • Exclusive Illinois Employee “I-L-L” pin for all attendees.

Please remember to bring your i-Card for entry.

    2023 All-Employee Expo Highlights

After a long pandemic hiatus, IHR was excited to bring back the Expo to a new venue, the State Farm Center, in the fall of 2023! Here are a few highlights from our post event survey about what our employees appreciated most about the event

I loved the swag and the resources. It was very easy to opt in or out of different units/ information.

It was nice to just get out of the office with our co-workers and spend some time together. It was enjoyable visiting all the different vendors and exhibitors and fun seeing people we hadn’t seen for ages!

Number of resources/tables that participated. Wealth of knowledge all in one area.

I think it was a good opportunity for employees to get together and see people from other departments and places they may not have the chance to. I also think for new employees like myself it was great to learn more about opportunities.
